Personal data should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for legitimate contractual, accounting, taxation, audit, security, limitation, dispute-resolution or legal requirements. Enquiry data that does not result in an engagement should be periodically reviewed rather than retained indefinitely. When the purpose and lawful retention need cease, information should be deleted, anonymised or securely archived in accordance with the Company's retention schedule.
